4. Carefully install the new seal.

Types of VAZ gearbox breakdowns

Therefore, when removing the mechanism, you should first lift it a little, and then pry the spring with a hook made of steel wire, remove it from the eye of the rod and hold it in a slightly tense position so that it does not fall into the crankcase. Before installing the new link, use the same hook to hook the spring and install everything in place.
