In this case, the door is securely fixed and does not open, and it does not require much effort to open it. There are other devices with the same functionality - wall-mounted. If you don’t want to spoil your expensive floor covering, you can always use a wall-mounted version of the limiter.

Some stops are attached with one side to the door leaf using self-tapping screws, and the other, soft side, rests against the wall or floor. One of these limiters is the door lock STN 0960.
