  13. At the next stage, we tighten the strap using the adjusting nut. We move the generator as far as possible from the cylinder block. By rotating the adjusting bolt clockwise, we increase the tension, and counterclockwise, we loosen it.
  14. Then the crankshaft must be turned two turns and the tension checked again.
