You can check whether the car starts by simply looking at the screen of the key fob communicator. A countdown will be displayed on the screen until the engine automatically shuts down. You need to program the engine operating time in advance. Possible indicators 5 min., 15 min., 25 min. or 45 min. At the time of remote start:

  • The siren will give a specific signal.
  • The emergency light will turn on once.
  • The LED indicator will blink once per second.
  • The main key fob will emit a short signal.

If, after doing the above, the engine does not start the first time, the system will try to start the engine two more times. The remote engine start did not work, which means you need to contact service.

  4. Within five seconds, press the first key on the remote control. The hazard lights will flash once.

Connecting an additional key fob without the main one

You can register a new remote control using these instructions.
