Salon No. 1…(Door cards)
In general, it’s time to finish with the interior. But the only negative is that there is no garage. There’s not much desire to do it on the street!
=-( To create a salon, almost everything has been purchased, something is already being done. Now there are two minuses. A garage and the right skin color, I can’t find the right color! But today they suggested a great place, so I’ll go there tomorrow. I hope this is my last run! = -)))
There are a lot of photos, but now I’ve managed to post these. But I’ll try to fix everything soon. So look at what’s there for now... = -P
I bought plywood, I don’t remember the size. But it’s enough for all 4 cards and other small things. The thickness of the plywood is standard, in short the size is like a factory card. =-)
I cut everything out carefully with a jigsaw. =-)
After cutting the edges, I cleaned them with a file with large crumbs. Now everything is smooth.
Now everything is sweet and smooth. =-)
To make it soft, I used a laminate backing.
I've been looking for door handles like these for a long time. Or rather, armrests! =-) The plus is that they are empty inside and you can put buttons for the glass lifts. And I like them better in appearance. =-)
This is how they look. I really like it!
I bought glue and staples. Tomorrow I hope to buy the skin color I need! =-)

Making a door card for VAZ 2107
The old sheathing should be used as a template for marking out the new one. You just need to attach it to a sheet of plywood and, using a pencil, mark the outline of the door card and the holes for the handle fastenings, the door opening lever and under the window handle axis. The latter need not be done if the car has (or will be installed) electric windows. Particular attention should be paid to the correct marking of the mounting holes. If you make a mistake, the door trim will not hold well and knock when the body vibrates.
