Step 2 . On the back of the plug there is a mount for ISO connectors. There are two connectors: music power and wires for the speakers.

Step 4 . We remove the glove compartment. Holding the glove compartment clamps in the upper position, forcefully lower the glove compartment down.

Overcoming resistance, we pull the lid towards ourselves - the glove compartment is removed.

Step 7 . We connect the power connectors, speakers, antennas to the radio. We insert it into the slide all the way. We attach a decorative plastic frame.

What to do if the length of the wires and antenna is not enough

To get by without extending the wires , you will have to suffer:

1. We put our hand under the panel in the glove compartment area;
2. We put the radio in the slide and connect it to the plugs;
3. We blindly connect the power, the connector for the speakers, the wires for the amplifier, and the antenna.

Disadvantages of the method : we spend a lot of time, the process is dreary and inconvenient. We'll probably rip off your wrist.

The algorithm for removing the radio if you have the keys is outrageously simple. It is worth considering in order to understand how to act if they are lost. The order is as follows:

1. Remove the front panel of the player and the decorative plastic frame, prying it up with a flathead screwdriver if necessary.
2. Insert the first key into the gap between the housing and the mounting frame, located at the end. You should feel slight resistance as the tool bends the latch.
3. Repeat the same action with the second key.
4. Grasp the radio with your hands by the protruding parts on the sides of the case and carefully remove it from the niche.

When connecting the stereo system wiring, it is necessary to take into account certain features of the electrical supply. This is provided using red and yellow wires. The first is responsible for remembering the audio system settings, the second is for turning off the radio, which is controlled by the car’s ignition.

It is recommended to use a parallel connection type for both wires so that the audio system can only be turned off manually. In this case, it will not be affected by the car’s ignition key, but there will be a problem of excessive electricity consumption in parking mode, which is solved by installing a special regulator for the red electrical wire. With its help, you can turn off the radio by hardware when leaving the car for a long time. This regulator can be connected to the alarm system, that is, when the vehicle is locked, the audio system will turn off automatically.

The disadvantage of this system is the extra current consumption, but in any case it is much less than the indicators that provide power to the radio during standby mode.

If the audio system suddenly turns off due to excessive volume, display flickering, or high-pitched sounds, it is not due to a power failure. This situation occurs when the car battery is discharged and the current ceases to be constant. The problem is solved by connecting an additional capacitor, which provides constant power to the radio.

Once you have successfully connected all the necessary connectors to the car's electrical wiring, you can begin installing the front and rear speakers.

Audio system installation specifics

When connecting the wiring, you should take into account the presence of nuances in the power supply. The latter is turned on thanks to two wires. Red is designed to save the speaker settings, and yellow controls shutdown, which depends on the ignition.

If you make it so that the audio system can only be turned off manually, you should resort to a parallel connection of these wires. This method results in excessive power consumption when the vehicle is idle. But by installing a certain regulator on the red wire, you can forget about this problem. It is quite possible to even attach it to the alarm system, then the radio will automatically turn off as soon as the car is locked.

If the player turns off on its own while playing music at high volume, or the screen flickers and the appearance of unnecessary “high-pitched” sounds is noticed, then this indicates changes in direct current during the period of battery discharge. The problem can be resolved by installing a capacitor, which ensures a constant supply of electricity to the radio.
