How to install correctly?

Step-by-step instruction

Installation algorithm:

  1. The instrument cluster in the vehicle interior is removed. Depending on the design features of the vehicle, this procedure will differ, but in any case, it will be necessary to dismantle the decorative lining in the car interior. When removing, all connectors with wires must be disconnected from the device. There should be a CAN interface behind the instrument panel; all car alarm wires will subsequently be connected to it.
  2. The lower part of the interior dashboard is being removed. As a result of gaining access to the OBD block, a digital bus is connected.
  3. A microprocessor device is installed in the free space on the instrument panel. For its installation, you can choose a place behind the glove box or radio. It is prohibited to locate the module near sources of interference, high temperatures and moisture. To prevent liquid drops from entering the device, it must be placed with the connector facing down. Additionally, the block can be wrapped with foam rubber to prevent the negative effects of vibrations.
  4. The microprocessor module is fixed using plastic ties.
  5. Installation of the service key is carried out as hidden as possible inside the car. It must be placed so that the consumer has easy access when he is in the driver's seat. You can additionally wrap the button and wire with electrical tape of a standard color, this will ensure its camouflage.
  6. The transceiver is installed in the vehicle interior. It must be placed as high as possible to ensure high-quality transmission of impulses. There should be no electronic devices or metal products in the vicinity of the antenna module, as they will cause interference. Because of this, the range of the alarm will be significantly lower. The surface of the windshield or rear window must first be cleaned and degreased before installation.
  7. All additional controllers and a microphone are installed inside the car; they do not need to be placed in the engine compartment. The only exception is the temperature sensor.
  8. If an additional device is used, it must be placed under the hood, on the cylinder head or on the cooling system pipe. The microphone must be installed so that there are no sources of sound muffling in the place where it is installed. An additional shock sensor is installed in the car's interior, in the central part of the body.
  9. A limit switch is installed on the hood. If the devices were purchased in addition, they are installed on the doors, as well as the luggage compartment.
  10. With the additional use of a siren, the equipment is installed under the hood of the car. To place it, you must choose a hidden place that is not exposed to high temperatures or moisture.
  11. After installation, all elements are connected to the control unit and digital interface. The wires are laid under the decorative upholstery of the cabin, away from moving parts and elements.

Features of installing an automotive system

When installing a security system yourself, it is advisable to pay special attention to the color insulation of the wiring.

  • Fuel level. The brown/black alarm wire connects to the brown wire of the car.
  • Digital CAN bus. The blue CAN-L wire is connected to the orange-black wire of the car, the orange CAN-N wire is connected to the orange-white cable.
  • Automatic engine start. Wires with large connectors are connected to the cables of the relay module and the alarm itself. In particular, blue-red, brown-red, yellow-red and green-red wires are connected to the red cable; to the pink ignition cable - green or brown; to blue - green-orange or orange; to green from the starter - yellow.

Manual

According to the instruction manual, you must place a working battery in the electronic tag before use. To insert the power supply, you must open the back cover of the key. The battery is installed taking into account the polarity.

Setting up autorun

Before activating the function, it is necessary to set the “Program Neutral” mode. To do this, with the ignition on, hold down the first button of the communicator for three seconds. If the vehicle is equipped with an automatic transmission, the Program Neutral setting is not required.

Features of automatic start control:

  1. To configure this option, use the tables included in the service manual. Autostart - level 2.
  2. To automatically start every day at the specified time, you need to change the sub-item. Parameters can be changed using a mobile device or remote control.

  3. Sublevel 9-5.1 allows you to configure the alarm system with Internet access. If the option is disabled, then communication with the Network will be impossible.
  4. At sublevel 9-2.1, the frequency of communication between the security system and the server is configured. By going to the menu, the user can change this parameter in the watch.

GSM

Features of GSM setup:

  1. The assignment of a telephone number for system management is carried out at sublevel 6-1.1. After making a call from the specified number, the user will not have to enter a PIN code. All notifications about alarm operation and alarm events will be sent to the car owner’s phone.
  2. It is possible to configure an additional number; it is carried out at sublevel 6-1.2. All notifications will be sent to it if the main phone is unavailable or disconnected.

Immobilizer mode

The immobilizer mode feature is enabled by default and requires a mobile app to disable it. When the ignition is activated, the control module monitors the presence of electronic keys in the range of the transceiver.

If, when you try to start the engine, there are no marks within the radius, the power unit is automatically blocked. This happens either immediately when the ignition is turned on, or after starting the engine when starting to move.

HANDS FREE mode

Features of controlling this function:

  1. When this option is activated, security is turned on automatically.
  2. To activate the protection mode, the user must move a certain distance away from the car. It must exceed the range of the data transmission channel, while the ignition in the car is turned off. Typically, security is activated when the user moves 10 meters from the vehicle.
  3. To disable the protective function, the car owner must approach the car. Deactivation is performed automatically.

Slave mode
