The “blue” cord coming out of the alarm terminal block must be connected to the ACC contact, otherwise the autostart will not work. At the same time, if you make changes to the settings, the IGN3 pin can be connected to the ST2 pin. True, it is not clear how to “emulate” the ACC wire then.

A “T” connection is used when connecting to all wires except the starter. And the “ST” cord needs to be cut to connect the resulting ends with the black and yellow wires. The cable that goes to the alarm from the lock is a signal cable (thin).

A non-standard method of switching starter current is typical for the following alarm model: Tomahawk TW-9010. Voltage is supplied here from the 6-pin power terminal block when autostart is performed. The rest of the time, the starter wire conducts current, even if the car alarm does not work or does not work correctly. A blocking relay is included in the gap in the standard wiring. Whether it can be removed from the scheme is unknown. It is better, therefore, to stick to the recommended option.

The conclusion follows from the previous paragraph: autostart is needed - do not remove the blocking relay from the circuit. You can install a “bug” in the socket, but then the appearance of a “current loop” cannot be ruled out. It turns out that the blocking option is “loaded” with autostart.

Note that the Tomahawk TW-9010 and TZ-9030 alarms can control the immobilizer bypass. The lineman’s “negative” cord is connected to the black-red cable (figure at the beginning of the chapter). The latter is designed to be connected to the “IGN3” pin, but in most cars this option is not used.

The ground potential on the black-red cord appears before the starter starts, which is exactly what is required for the lineman to work. In general, everything looks strange: in alarms with auto-start, they often provide a separate output intended only for connecting a lineman.

Turn off the ignition.

If this happens during autostart based on engine temperature, there is a possibility that the temperature sensor settings have failed or it is not installed correctly. Replacing the sensor or calibrating it helps.

Tomahawk TV 9030 does not close the doors

If the device does not operate correctly when a pulse is given to close the doors, you will need to check the factors.

Test the operation of the central lock and peripheral elements. It is also recommended to diagnose the equipment wiring. Often the cause of failure is the mechanical part of the device.
Correct operation of the antenna module and key fobs. Minor failures can trigger a similar problem.
The command is configured correctly. Accidental manipulations by the user on an unlocked remote control may disrupt the operation of the system.

Also, in exceptional cases, there is a malfunction in the operation of the head module or an incorrect sequence of commands from the remote pager.

Doesn't open doors

If the Tomahawk TW 9030 does not respond correctly to the door unlocking command, the reasons may be similar to those for closing the locks. This includes:

damage to the central lock and its elements;
violation of the integrity of the wiring and oxidation of contacts;
lack of antenna signal;
damage to the key fob;

No sound

If the alarm does not produce warning sounds, the malfunction is hidden in the following factors.

Silent security mode is enabled. In this position, the machine will not make a sound, notifying the user only with a light indication.
The sound on the key fob is turned off - just turn off the vibration mode.
The horn connected as a siren does not work. It is necessary to check the correct connection and functionality of the module.
The wiring is damaged or the contacts are oxidized. In this case, you will need to clean the terminals from oxides and replace the module power cable.

Arming

Standard option

To arm the car, you need to take the remote control key fob and press button No. 5 “Lock”. The alarm will emit one short trill, the lights will flash on and off, and the central locking will be locked. In this case, the LED indicator will blink evenly.

IMPORTANT: If at the time of standard arming any of the triggers is active (for example, the door is open in the car), the system will notify you of this with 4 flashes of dimensions and 4 short trills of the alarm.

Night option (no sound)

At night, you can arm your car in silent mode. To do this, click on button No. 2 “Silent security”. The system will lock the central locking and the lights will flash once. The LED will blink evenly.

ATTENTION! In silent mode, the siren is disabled, but all current information is displayed on the LCD screen of the key fob.

Arming with the engine running

To activate the mode, perform the following steps:

We start the car engine.
We get out of the car, close the doors, hood and trunk.
Press button No. 5 “Lock” - the door locks are blocked.
Immediately (within 3 seconds) press button No. 5 “Lock” again - the dimensions flash and go out, the alarm emits one short trill.

Automatic arming

Using Remote Start, TZ-9030

I started installing this security system kit myself.

In general, in order to do everything correctly, it turns out that you will need many more different little things. Which you can at least see in the next photo.

Trunk limit. Heat shrink tube (set). Corrugations for laying wires are different. Rubber corrugation for laying wiring in the door. Screed. Trunk release button. Connectors (various). Actuators (2 reinforced in the doors, 1 simple for opening the trunk) Black electrical tape.

Wires: - To the trunk end - To the trunk opening - To the central locking, for installation in the doors of drives (actuators)

POWER CONNECTOR 6PIN.

I disassembled the panel. Then I moved on to the ignition switch. The red wire on the block is the starter, ignition switch contact 50. We pull it out, remove the electrical tape from the bundle of wires and pull it up into the panel.

Instead, we insert

We insert the red one into the power alarm connector block instead of the “Black-yellow” thick
