With a pressing force of 10 kgf, the deflection of the tape should be 6-8 mm.

Here, to loosen the alternator belt and remove it further, you need to loosen the tensioner pulley mounting bolt using a size 13 wrench and turn the pulley bracket clockwise, exceeding the tension of the tensioner spring, until the hole in the pulley bracket is aligned with the notch in device body. Then we fix the roller bracket by inserting a 6 mm hexagon or a rod with a diameter of 6 mm into its hole and the recess in the tensioner body (for example, a screwdriver). Then remove the loose alternator belt. And now you can proceed to removing and replacing the Renault Logan generator; to do this, disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the accumulator.

Disconnect the exciter wire clamp from the generator connector by pressing the latch with a screwdriver. Then, using a 13mm wrench, unscrew the nut securing the B2+ positive terminal to the alternator and remove the wire.
